摘　　要：城镇地价是影响土地流转、推动城镇化进程的重要因素,现行体系下评估出的价格各自独立、缺乏可比性。文章通过建立研究区地价评估体系,将各自独立的城镇纳入一个系统进行比较、划分城镇等级、建立以城镇为单元的地价评估体系,以配合政府努力实现区域地价一体化、稳妥推进城镇化目标。The price of urban land is the important factor in influencing land transfer and promoting urbanization, the price from the current appraisal system is independent and lacking of comparability. The paper made independent urban into a system for comparison, dividing town level to establish an appraisal system with the town as a unit and achieve the goals of steady promoting urbanization.
