摘  要:增雨防雹火箭发射装置作为地面催化剂的主要运载工具,已被广泛使用。火箭发射装置中的定向器和火箭弹的型号必须匹配,同时装载数量应较小,否则会影响作业效果和火箭发射装置的通用性。文中根据定向器结构和定向发射火箭弹的功能需求,对现用的定向器进行优化改进,利用部件组合互用和叠加结构,设计出一次可以启动6个发射通道的定向器,各部件均用铝合金一次成型工艺制作。通过合理地利用部件,使定向器装载容量得到扩充,同时满足装载4种弹型,解决了点火触头受损和装载弹型匹配问题,利于今后定向器的规模化生产,也为定向器再次扩容提供了空间。Rocket launcher has been widely used as the main operating device of ground to air weather modification. The disadvantages of commonly used orientator(launch guider) of rocket launchers are limited loading type of the rocket bomb(only one type) and small charge capacity,so the versatility of the device and operation efficiency cannot bring out the best.According to the structure of the orientator(launch guider) and the functional requirements of directional rocket bomb launch,the current orientator(launch guider) was optimized: the orientator(launch guider) of six ascent trajectories was designed based on the principles of shared components and structure superposition. All modules are prepared using aluminum alloy in one step molding process. The reasonable utilization of modules can expend the loading capacity of the orientator(launch guider) and meet four kinds of rocket bomb. This also solve the problems associated with the easy damage of the ignition contacts and the matching of loading multi-type bumps,and benefit to mass production of the orientator(launch guider) in the future, also provide extra space for further expanding the capacity of the orientator(launch guider).
