数控车床四方刀架镗刀夹具附件的设计与制作

摘　　要：为了扩展数控车床的加工功能,文中结合实际提出对四方刀架增加附件,进行镗刀夹具附件的设计与制作。通过试验研究,该附件使用效果好,它可以使车床方便地加工直孔、阶梯孔、环形孔等,可以获得较稳定的加工质量,也可以降低对操作人员的技术需求,提高生产效率。To extend the CNC lathe machining capabilities, this paper adds an attachment to the quartet turret,designs and manufactures boring tool holder attachment. Experimental research proves the excellent performance of the accessory.The accessory can easily process straight hole,ladder hole,ring hole on lathe,and can obtain more stable processing quality and high production efficiency, and can also reduce the skills requirement of the operator.
