摘　　要：球磨机是金属矿山选矿厂重要的磨矿设备,其运行工况直接影响选别指标及经济效果,而钢球填充率是保证球磨机高效运行的重要因素。介绍了球磨机智能加球机的结构、工作原理及控制系统;智能加球机采用PLC控制程序并结合人机界面操控,准确地对球磨机添加的钢球个数进行识别和计量,根据实际要求定时、定量自动完成对球磨机的钢球补加,有效地保证了球磨机钢球的填充率。智能加球机具有操控简单、经济实用等特点,在排山楼黄金矿业公司选矿厂磨矿车间的应用取得了很好的技术经济效果,值得推广。Ball mills are important milling equipment whose operation performance will directly ＇affect the separation index and economic profits in ore-dressing plants of metallic mines,and the steel ball addition rate is an important factor to guarantee efficient operation of ball mills. The paper introduces the structure of smart ball addition unit, its working mechanism and control system; the smart ball addition unit applies PLC control program and human-machinery interface to precisely identify and calculate the number of balls added,and according to practical need,timely and quantified autonomous addition of steel balls is possible, ensuring the addition rate of steel balls to ball mills. The smart addition unit is easy to operate and economically viable,which achieves satisfactory technical and economic outcome in workshops of the ore-dressing plant in Paishanlou Gold Mine.
