视频健康教育在儿科门诊雾化患儿依从性效果评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨视频健康教育在儿科门诊雾化患儿依从性效果评估。方法:将147例雾化吸入治疗的门诊患儿分为观察组88例和对照组59例,对照组采用普米克令舒加博利康尼及异丙托溴氨雾化吸入,观察组在对照组的基础上采用视频健康教育氧气雾化吸入,并在雾化前、中、后给予相应的护理。采用自行设计的雾化吸入治疗依从性问卷调查表进行问卷调查,观察雾化前后咳嗽、喘息、呼吸、肺部哮鸣音的变化以及患儿吸入时的依从性。结果:雾化吸入时视频健康教育、雾化的环境因素和护士的操作因素及患儿的依从性会影响治疗的效果,观察组雾化依从性好占95.45%,依从性差者占5.13%,治疗有效率93.18%高于对照组的59.32%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:视频健康教育可增加患儿在雾化吸入治疗中的舒适度,提高患儿治疗依从性,提高患儿家长的满意度。Objective： To explore the effect of video health education on compliance of children treated by aerosol inhalation in Outpatient Department of Pediatrics. Methods： A total of 147 children treated by aerosol inhalation in Outpatient Department of Pediatrics in the hospital were divided into observation group （88 children） and control group （59 children） . The children in control group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort respules combined with Bricanyl and ipratropium bromide; the children in observation group were treated with video health education of aerosol inhalation based on control group, corresponding nursing was performed before, during, and after aero- sol inhalation. A self-designed questionnaire about compliance of aerosol inhalation was used to survey the children, the changes of cough, wheezing, breathing, and pulmonary wheezing rales before and after aerosol inhalation and compliance of the children were observed. Re- stilts： Video health education, environmental factor, operational factor of nurses, and compliance of children affected the treatment effect. In observation group, the children with good compliance accounted for 95.45%, the children with poor compliance accounted for 5.13% , the total effective rate was 93.18%, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （59.32%） （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclu- sion ： Video health education can increase comfort level of aerosol inhalation, improve treatment compliance of children and satisfaction de- gree of the parents.
