摘 要:在合成形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)的过程中,加入经过KH550表面处理后的纳米SiO2-TiO2复合粒子,制备了新型的纳米SiO2-TiO2形状记忆聚氨酯复合材料.讨论了改性形状记忆聚氨酯产品的形状记忆性能、力学性能和热性能等.研究结果表明:随着纳米SiO2比例的增加,复合产品形状固定率有所增加而形状回复率减小;当纳米SiO2与TiO2的配比为2∶8时,复合材料的力学性能增加,但随着纳米SiO2所占比例的增加,复合材料的力学性能反而减小;复合材料的热变形温度和维卡软化点均有所提高.During the synthesis of shape memorypolyurethane(SMPU),a new composite material of nano SiO 2-TiO 2 SMPU was prepared through adding the nano SiO 2-TiO 2 composite particles after the surface treatment of KH550.Some performances of modified SMUP product,such as the shape memory capability,mechanical behavior,thermal property and so on,were discussed.The results of the research show that the shape fixed rate of such composite material is increased and recovery rate is decreased with the increase of nano SiO 2 ratio.When the ratio of SiO 2 and TiO 2 was 2 :8,the mechanical behavior was improved;On the contrary,with the increase of nano SiO 2 ratio,the mechanical behavior was degraded. Both the hot deformation temperature and the vicat softening point were all enhanced.
