内蒙古医科大学学生体质健康状况分析

摘　　要：为了解大学生身体形态和身体机能的现状及其身体素质的变化规律,分别对内蒙古医科大学某学院2005级~2010级四年级学生的体质健康状况进行了调研,测量身高、体重、肺活量,分析不同BMI与肺活量、血压、心率的关系.结果显示：男女生的身高高于全国平均水平,但呈缓慢下降的趋势;在体重方面,男生呈先升后降的趋势,女生呈一直下降的趋势.男女生超重检出率均远高于国家学生标准体重的超重检出水平,且男生中肥胖比例远大于女生,而女生中的较低体重比例大于男生;男女生肺活量平均值逐年下降,呼吸系统机能水平呈下降趋势;女生低体重组舒张压和脉压差显著低于正常组（P〈0.05）,男生超重组舒张压显著高于正常组（P〈0.05）.肺活量、舒张压和收缩压均值的大小顺序均为：超重组〉正常组〉低体重组.因此,大学生的身体素质呈持续下降的趋势,体重是影响血压的重要因素.To analyze the status of body shape and function among university students in recent years, and study the curve of variation.Inner Mongolia Medical university 2005~2010 grade students in a college were conducted.Height,weight and vital capacity were measured.Vital capacity,pulse of resting and blood pressure were compared between different BMI.The results showed that male and female students were higher than the national average level,taking on a slow declining trend.Males’weight was decreased after an up,and females continued to decline.The rates of overweight of males and females were higher than the national standard.The obesity rate of males was higher than females,but the rate of low weight was oppo-site.The vital capacities were both decreased between males and females,showed the respiratory function were also decreased.Females of low weight group diastolic blood pressure and differential pressure were significantly lower than the normal group （P 〈0.05）;males of overweight group diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher than the normal group （P 〈0.05）.The sequence of vital capacity,diastolic pres-sure and systolic pressure was：overweight〉normal〉low.So,students showed continued downward trend fitness,and weight was a factor affecting blood pressure.
