髓芯减压结合aFGF并髂骨混合物植入治疗犬股骨头坏死的效果

摘  要:目的探讨髓芯减压结合酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)并髂骨混合物植入治疗犬股骨头坏死的效果。方法将13只成年健康杂种犬分为5组,A、B、C、D组用液氮冷冻法制备单侧股骨头坏死模型,然后A组(3只)采用髓芯减压结合aFGF并髂骨混合物植入进行治疗,B组(3只)采用髓芯减压后髂骨植入进行治疗,C组(3只)采用单纯髓芯减压进行治疗,D组(3只)作为造模后对照,E组(1只)作为空白对照。各组分别于术后4、8、12周行髋部MR检查,A^D组并在相应时间处死1只动物进行病理检查。结果 A、B、C、D组造模均成功,4周时A组即有明显血管和新骨生成,程度明显强于其他各组。8周时A组修复基本完成,12周时B组修复基本完成,C组修复缓慢。结论髓芯减压结合aFGF并髂骨混合物植入能促进犬股骨头坏死的修复。Objective To investigate the effect of core decompression combined with acidic fibrohlast growth factor (aFGF) and iliae bone mixture on osteonecrosis of femoral head of dogs. Methods Thirteen healthy adult dogs were divided into five groups as A, B, C, D and E. A model of unilateral femoral head necrosis was created using liquid nitrogen freezing method in the dogs of groups A, 13, C, and D. The dogs (n=3) in group A were treated with core decompression combined with acidic fibro-blast growth factor (aFGF) and iliac bone mixture, those in group B (n =3) with core decompression and bone implantation, those in group C (n=3) with core decompression only, those in group D (n=3) served as model control, and group E (n = 1) served as blank control. An MR examination of the hip was done 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation, and one dog was sacrificed on the corre sponding day for histological examination. Results A model of unilateral femoral head necrosis was successfully built in groups A, B, C, and D. In four weeks after surgery, obvious angiogenesis and new bone formation were stronger in group A than the other groups. In eight weeks, the restoration was basically completed in group A, in 12 weeks the completion was noted in group B, and in group C, the rehah was slow. Conclusion Core decompression combined with acidic fihroblast growth factor and iliac bone mixture implantation can promote the rehabilitation of osteonecrosis of femoral head in dogs.
