新癀片外敷预防氟尿嘧啶泵入所致静脉炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察新癀片外敷预防氟尿嘧啶所致静脉炎的效果。方法应用含氟尿嘧啶方案治疗消化道恶性肿瘤病人60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组在输注氟尿嘧啶时于静脉穿刺点上方沿静脉走向外敷新癀片,对照组外敷痊愈妥复合敷料(美国生产超薄泡沫合成敷料),观察两组静脉炎发生率。结果观察组静脉炎发生率为10.0%,对照组为23.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=31.0,P<0.01)。结论新癀片外敷能有效预防外周静脉持续滴注氟尿嘧啶引起的静脉炎。Objective To assess the effect of external application of Sinhuang powder on prevention of phlebitis induced by 5-Fluorouracil. Methods Sixty patients with malignant tumors of digestive tract who were treated with the protocol containing 5-Fluorouracil were evenly randomized to observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were gi-ven Sinhuang powder used externally starting from above vein puncture point along the vein when intravenous 5-Fluorouracil was given,for those in the control group,Allevyn Adhesive Combined Dressing was offered.The incidence of phlebitis was observed.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 10.0%,and that in the control was 23.3%,the difference between the two groups was significant（χ2=31.0,P〈0.01）. Conclusion External application of Sinhuang powder can effectively prevent phlebitis induced by 5-Fluorouracil.
