摘　　要：建立了一种快速纯化糖化白蛋白粗溶液的方法,首先通过低温离心的方法去除糖化白蛋白粗溶液中可能含有的悬浮性杂质,取上清液备用,然后将上清液转移至切向流过滤系统,选择合适的中空纤维膜组件、泵速、剪切力,进行浓缩和洗脱操作,去除糖化白蛋白粗溶液中大部分糖化多肽、糖化氨基酸、葡萄糖,达到快速纯化糖化白蛋白粗溶液的目的。按该法进行糖化白蛋白粗溶液的纯化,可快速去除糖化多肽等小分子杂质,具有操作简单、方便、快捷等特点,适合大规模的糖化白蛋白粗溶液纯化。A method for rapid purification of glycated albumin crude solution, first through the method of low temperature centrifugal removal of suspended impurities may contained in glycated albumin crude solution, the supernatant was then transferred to the tangential flow filtration system, selection of hollow fiber membrane modules, the appropriate pump velocity, shear stress, concentration and elution operation, removal of glycated albumin glycated peptides crude solution, most of amino acids, glucose, to achieve rapid purification of crude glycated albumin solution. Purification of glycated albumin coarse solution according to the law, the glycosylated peptides and other small molecular impurities can be quickly removed. This method has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient, fast, and suitable for large - scale purification of the crude solution of glycated albumin.
