摘　　要：SimSci是世界著名的化工模拟软件公司,所开发的INPLANT软件是一个严格的稳态流体力学计算软件,功能强大,可广泛用于对工厂管网系统进行设计、核算和分析。PE装置中反应器的温度依靠调温水系统进行调节,通过利用INPLANT软件分析了PE装置中调温水管网的系统阻力降,计算出了调温水泵扬程,并与实际情况进行了对比,结果表明,INPLANT软件分析计算结果与实际选用情况基本吻合。SimSci is a world famous chemical simulation software company. INPLANT program developed by the company is a steady -state, fluid flow simulator for designing, rating, and analyzing plant piping systems. The temperature of reactor is controlled by the temper water system in PE plant. In this paper using 1NPLANT program the author analyze the tempered water piping system and calculate the head of tempered water pump. The calculation results are compared with actual situation, and the results are in good agreement with the actual.
