摘  要:目的观察温胆汤对高脂饮食诱导的糖耐量受损(IGT)大鼠血糖和脂代谢的影响。方法采用高脂饲料连续喂养20周建立IGT大鼠模型,将造模成功的12只大鼠随机分为模型对照组和温胆汤组各6只,另取6只血糖正常大鼠作为正常对照组。正常对照组与模型对照组给予蒸馏水10 ml/(kg·d)灌胃,温胆汤组给予温胆汤溶液10 ml/(kg·d)灌胃,各组均连续灌胃2周。检测各组大鼠体重、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、肾周及附睾脂肪重量、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),计算脂肪与体重比重、Lee's指数。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组体重、餐后2 h血糖、肾周及附睾脂肪重量、脂肪与体重比重、Lee's指数、血清TC及TG水平均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,温胆汤组大鼠的餐后2 h血糖、肾周及附睾脂肪重量、脂肪与体重比重、Lee's指数、血清TC及TG水平均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论温胆汤改善IGT大鼠疾病状态,可能与降低IGT大鼠餐后2 h血糖浓度、减少大鼠脂肪堆积、降低血脂浓度有关。Objective To observe the effect of Wendan Decoction (WDD) on blood glucose of rats with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) induced by high fat diet and to discuss the possible mechanism. Methods The rats were fed for 20 weeks with high fat diet to establish IGT rat models. Then 12 successful models were randomly divided into model control group and WDD group, with 6 rats in each. Another 6 rats with normal blood glucose levels were assigned in normal control group. The normal control group and model control group were given distilled water 10 ml/ (kg · d) by gavage, while WDD group was given WDD solution 1.88 g/ (kg · d), all for 2 weeks. The body weight, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, perirenal and epididymal fat weight, triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were tested, and the proportion of fat and weight, as well as Lee's index were calculated for each group. Results Compared with those of the normal control group, the weight, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, perirenal and epididymal fat weight, the proportion of fat and weight, Lee's index, serum TG and TC in the model control group were significantly lower ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with those in the model control group, the postprandial 2h blood glucose, perirenal and epididymal fat weight, the proportion of fat and weight, Lee's index, serum TG and TC in the WDD group were significantly lower ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion WDD could improve the diseased conditions of IGT rats, which may be related to reducing the postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fat accumulation and blood lipid levels.
