摘  要:选用LiCl/DMAc(氯化锂/二甲基乙酰胺)溶剂体系溶解纤维素浆粕,在不同交联剂、交联剂用量和焙烘温度下,配制成纤维素溶液并制得纤维素膜,通过红外光谱、断裂强力、折皱回复角测试,表征了膜的结构和性能;探讨了影响膜折皱回复性及断裂强力的因素.结果表明:丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)效果优于柠檬酸(CA);加入1%丁烷四羧酸的纤维素铸膜液,在催化剂存在下,经预烘,180℃焙烘3 min,折皱回复角提高了29.1%.The cel ulose pulps were dissolved by LiCl/DMAc solvent system. The cel ulose membranes were prepared from the cel ulose solution under various crosslinking agents, different amounts of catalyst and curing temperature. The structure and properties of the cel ulose membranes were characterized by Fourier in-frared spectroscopic analysis (FT- IR), tensile strength test and wrinkle recovery angle test. The factors affect-ing the recovery angle and tensile strength of membranes were investigated. The results showed that the ef-fect of butane tetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) was better than citric acid (CA). The optimum conditions were as fol-lows:1%BTCA, cured at 180℃for 3 min, and the wrinkle recovery angle of membranes increased by 29.1%.
