摘 要:采用3只L型活性染料安诺素黄棕L-F、安诺素红L-S和安诺素藏青L-3G用于棉针织物染色,探讨了碱剂类型、碱剂用量、氯化钠用量、固色温度和时间对染色织物K/S值的影响,测试了染色织物的色牢度。研究结果表明,采用质量比为10∶1的碳酸钠与氢氧化钠混合碱作为固色碱剂,染色织物可获得较高的表观色深,当染料用量为2%(omf)时,最佳染色工艺为:混合碱4 g/L,氯化钠50 g/L,固色温度40℃,固色时间90 min,染色织物的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均在3~4级以上。Three L type reactive dyes namely ANOZOL Yel ow L- F, Red L- S and Blue L- 3G were used to dyeing of cotton knitted fabric. The influences of alkali type, dosage of alkali and sodium chloride, fixation temperature and time on K/S value of dyed fabrics were investigated. The dyeing fastness of dyed fabrics was also tested. It was found that high K/S value of dyed fabrics could be obtained using sodium carbonate and so-dium hydrate mixture alkali agent as fixing agent with 10∶1 of mass ratio. The results showed that the optimal process was reactive dyes 2%(omf), mixture alkali agent 4 g/L, sodium chloride 50 g/L, fixing at 40 ℃ for 90 min. The fastness of dyed fabrics was al above of level 3~4.
