摘  要:采用三聚氰胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料,在甲醇与水的混合溶剂中进行亲核取代反应,合成一种新型具有三官能团的交联剂.研究反应溶剂、反应温度和时间对合成产物产率的影响,优化了反应工艺条件;将合成的交联剂用于涂料印花,研究了涂料印花工艺对印花牢度的影响,优化了涂料印花工艺条件.结果表明:涂料印花色浆中加入适量自制交联剂可以得到耐摩擦色牢度优良的涂料印花织物.A new kind of crosslinker with three functional groups was synthesized using melamine and epichlorohydrin as raw materials through nucleophilic substitution reaction in the mixed solvent of methanol and water. The effects of synthesis factors (reaction solvents, reaction temperature and time) on synthesis re-action product yield were investigated, and the reaction process condition was optimized. The crosslinker was used for pigment printing. The influence of pigment printing process on printing fastness was discussed, and the pigment printing process conditions were optimized. The results showed that adding a moderate amount of homemade crosslinker to the pigment printing paste, pigment printed fabric with excel ent crocking fast-ness could be obtained.
