摘  要:冷堆前处理操作简单,设备投资小,但是存在冷堆后润湿性与白度不达标的问题,为了提高脱脂纱布冷堆的脱脂与漂白效果,采用脱脂剂FMEE提高织物的润湿性,NOBS作为双氧水活化剂促进双氧水漂白因子的释放,提高白度,该工艺在冷堆后无需短蒸,直接水洗即可获得优异的脱脂效果。Cold pad batch pretreatment operation is simple with small equipment investment. But the problem is that the wettability after the cool batch and the whiteness are substandard. In order to improve the degreasing and bleaching effects in cold pad batch process of absorbent carbasus, the degreasing agent FMEE was used to improve the wettability of fabrics. NOBS was used as hydrogen peroxide activator to increase the releasing of hydrogen peroxide bleaching factor and improve the whiteness. The process can obtain excellent degreasing effect without short steaming after the cold heap.
