摘  要:选用直径为0.1mm的医用聚丙烯单丝,由经编编织制备了盆底补片,探讨了热定型温度和时间对盆底补片的基本参数(厚度、面密度、孔隙率)和力学性能(顶破强力、拉伸断裂强力、缝线拉脱强力和弯曲刚度)的影响规律.试验结果表明:在热定型张力一定的情况下,热定型温度和时间对盆底补片的基本参数影响较小,热定型温度对盆底补片的力学性能影响较大;在相同热定型时间条件下,随着热定型温度的升高,盆底补片的断裂强力、顶破强力、拉脱强力下降,但横向刚柔性好;该盆底补片的热定型优选工艺参数为温度130℃、时间15min.The pelvic mesh was made of the medical polypropylene monofilament with O. 1 mm diameter and was knitted with warp knitting technology. The effects of heat setting temperature and time on the basic parameters such as thickness, surface density, porosity and the mechanical parameters such as bursting strength, tensile breaking strength, laddering-after-drawing strength and bending rigidity of the pelvic mesh were discussed. The experimental results show that when the strain is constant, the temperature and time of heat setting have little impact on the basic parameters of the pelvic mesh, and the temperature has more influence on the mechanical parameters of the pelvic mesh than the time during the heating setting process. When the time is constant, the breaking strength, bursting strength and laddering-after-drawing strength of the pelvic mesh decrease with the temperature increasing but the rigidity and softness become better. The optimal heating setting temperature and time are 130 ℃ and 15 minutes respectively.
