摘  要:以三氯氧磷、1,3-丙二醇、(3-氨基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成含硅膦酰胺TM1,收率为61.0%,其结构通过核磁共振谱(1 H NMR、13C NMR、31P NMR)、高分辨质谱(HRMS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析得以确认.将不同TM1质量分数的溶液应用于棉织物的整理,并对整理后的棉织物进行性能测试.结果表明:经TM1整理后的棉织物具有优良的阻燃性能和较好的耐洗牢度,其极限氧指数(LOI)最高达到31.6%,在600℃时的残炭量从8.0%最高可提升到46.4%;耐洗牢度测试显示在洗涤10次之后其LOI值仍能达到26.0%.Starting from phosphorus oxychloride, 1, 3- propanediol and (3- aminopropyl) trimetho-xysilane, a novel silicon-contained phosphoramide TMI was synthesized in 61.0% yield. Its structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31p NMR), high resolution mass spectrum (HRMS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analyses, respectively. The cotton fabrics were treated with different content of TM1, and then the properties of the treated cotton fabrics were tested. The results showed that the treated cotton fabrics had excellent flame retardant and laundry resistance. The treated cotton fabrics had limited oxygen index (LOI) up to 31.6%, the char residue at 600 ℃was increased to 46.4% from the original 8.0%. Finally, the laundry resistance test showed that the treated cotton fabrics still had LOI up to 26.0% after 10 times launderings.
