老年脑梗死血清同型半胱氨酸与血糖和脂蛋白及血尿酸相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年脑梗死患者的血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）与血糖（FBG）、脂蛋白（LP—a）及血尿酸（UA）的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月商丘市第一人民医院收治的老年脑梗死患者70例为研究组，另抽取同期于我院进行常规体检的健康老年人70例作为对照组。分别检测两组患者的血清Hcy、FBG、LP—a及UA水平并比较。结果观察组患者的Hcy、FBG、LP—a及UA水平依次为（18．42±4．86）μmol／L、（5．82±1．19）mmol／L、（276．07±12．05）mg／L和（365．51±15．09）μmol／L，各项指标水平均明显高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论老年脑梗死患者的Hcy与血糖、脂蛋白及血尿酸均呈正相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine （Hcy）and blood glucose（FBG） ,lipid（LP-a） ,uric acid（UA） in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From Jan 2013 to Jan 2014, 70 cases of aged cerebral infarction in the First People＇ s Hospital of Shangqiu were selected as study group, and 70 healthy elderly people who received routine physical examination in the same period were selected as control group . The Hcy, FBG, LP-a and UA levels of the two groups were detected and compared. Results Hcy, FBG, LP-a and UA levels in study group were（ 18.42 ± 4.86 ） μmol/L, （5.82 ± 1. 19 ） mmol/L, （276.07 ± 12.05 ） mg/L and （365.51 ± 15.09 ）μmol/L respectively. The indicators were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Hcy and blood glucose, lipoproteins and blood uric acid are positively correlated in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
