摘　　要：目的探讨AO锁骨钩钢板固定在骨科创伤急诊治疗中的应用效果。方法研究组采用AO锁骨钩钢板内固定手术治疗，对照组采用传统内固定手术治疗，记录两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果研究组临床治疗优良率为90．91％，显著高于对照组（63．64％，P〈0．05）；研究组不良反应发生率为9．09％，显著低于对照组（21．21％，P〈0．05）。结论在骨科创伤急诊中实施AO锁骨钩钢板内固定手术治疗可显著提高患者的临床治疗效果，降低其术后不良反应发生率，保障疗效及预后。Objective To investigate the effect of AO clavicular hook plate on orthopedic trauma emergency treatment. Methods The patients in study group were treated with AO clavicular hook plate fixation, the patients in control group were given traditional internal fixation. The clinical effects and incidences of adverse reactions were recorded. Results The good and excellent rate was 90.91% in study group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（63.64% , P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 9.09% , which was significantly lower than that of the control group（21.21%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Implementation of the AO clavicular hook plate fixation in orthopedic trauma emergency surgery, can significantly improve the clinical outcomes and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
