摘  要:外墙节能是建筑节能的重点,有机材料外墙保温系统采用的材料在施工过程中容易引起火灾;传统无机材料外墙保温系统容易被雨水破坏,如果封闭不好则会出现吸水现象,保温层变成蓄水层,降低了保温效果;利用蒸压轻质砂加气混凝土(AAC)砌块自身优良的保温性能,辅以局部冷桥部位作保温处理,配合专用砌筑砂浆和抹灰砂浆,采用薄抹灰和小灰缝工艺进行砌筑形成了墙体自保温体系。其具有良好的热工性能,完全可以满足建筑节能标准,并且满足A级防火要求,耐候性、抗冲击性好,应用范围广。Energy-saving of external-wall is vital to building energy efficiency. The organic materials used in external-wall insulation system are vulnerable to fire:while the traditional inorganic counterparts are too vulnerable to rain erosion,once the seal- ing is undesirable,water absorption may occur, making insulating layer a water carrier, thus reducing the heat preservation effect. The autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) blocks have ideal heat-insulating property, if thermal insulation is implemented in local thermal bridge parts with AAC blocks as the wail,using the special bonding mortar and plastering mortar, and adopting thin-plastering and narrow mortar joint process,and the constructed wall will form a self-contained heat insulation system. Such system shows sound thermal performance,and is utterly up to building energy efficiency standards;in addition, it satisfies the A-Level Fire Safety Re- quirements with ideal weather ability, bonding strength for tension and shock resistance, thus rather worthy of wide use and vigorous promotion.
