摘 要:河南省花生生产对我国花生生产及当地经济增长意义重大。为评价河南省花生生产的资源使用情况、环境压力及可持续性,根据2007年和2011年河南省花生生产的相关数据,运用能值原理和分析方法,以能值自给率、净能值产出率、能值投入率、环境负载率、能值密度以及能值可持续指数为基本指标,对河南省花生生产系统的能值投入、生产效率及环境影响进行分析,结果表明,与传统农业主要依靠自然资源投入相比,河南省花生生产系统的发展投入了较多工业辅助能值,系统的净能值产出率相对较高,目前对环境的压力相对较小,系统尚有一定的发展潜力,但化肥和农药等工业辅助能值投入的增长趋势在一定程度上会影响系统未来发展的可持续性。为促进河南花生生产系统可持续发展,应该调整其能值投入结构,提高花生生产机械化水平和科技水平,增加可更新有机能值的投入,将不可更新工业辅助能值投入控制在合理的水平。The peanut production in Henan Province plays an important role in Chinese peanut production, approximately one quarter of the national acreage and total production. In addition, it is of great significance to local economy., This study applied the emergy evaluation method to evaluate resource use, environmental impacts and overall sustainability of peanut production in Henan Province based on statistical data in 2007 and 2011. A few emergy indices, including the emergy self-supplement ratio, the emergy yielded ratio, the emergy investment ratio, the emergy loading ratio and the emergy sustainability index, to indicate the efficiency of peanut production. The results showed that the development of the Henan Province peanut production system relied mainly on industrial auxiliary emergy, and had developed beyond traditional agriculture which relied heavily on natural conditions. It had higher efficiency of net emergy output, less pressure on environment, and the system still has some potential for development. However, of the input of large amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide weakened the system's sustainability to a certain degree. To ensure sustainability of the peanut production in Henan Province, the technical and the mechanization inputs should be reinforced, and the emergy input structure should be adjusted, and the renewable organic emergy input should be increased while the non-renewable industrial auxiliary energy input should be controlled to a certain level.
