摘　　要：目的建立延龄草中总皂苷的含量测定方法,比较研究不同产地延龄草中总皂苷的含量。方法以薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,采用分光光度法,高氯酸显色,在410nm处测定吸光度,计算延龄草中总皂苷的含量。结果薯蓣皂苷元在4.12-49.44μg范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9989）,平均回收率为97.3%,RSD为2.5%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于延龄草样品中总皂苷的含量测定,不同产地样品,总皂苷含量有差异。Objective To establish a method for the determination and comparison of total saponins in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim from different origins .Methods With diosgenin as a reference substance ,HClO4 as a coloration reagent ,the content of total sap‐onins in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim was determined at 410 nm by UV spectrophotometry .Results Diosgenin showed a good line‐ar curve in the range of 4 .12‐49 .44μg （r=0 .998 9） .The recovery of total saponins was 97 .3% with RSD 2 .5% （n=6） .Conclu‐sion The method is simple ,rapid and accuracy .The content of total saponins in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim varied in origins .
