摘　　要：目的探讨他汀类药物不良反应（ADR）的一般规律及特点,指导临床合理用药。方法利用中国医院数字图书馆、维普医药信息资源系统、万方数据医药信息镜像系统,对2001年1月-2013年12月国内报道的他汀类致69例ADR进行统计分析。结果 69例ADR患者中,男性41例（59.42%）,女性28例（40.58%）,辛伐他汀最高44例（63.77%）,主要临床表现为：肌肉系统的肌肉疼痛、肌酸磷酸激酶升高,消化系统的转氨酶升高、药物性肝炎或肝损害,泌尿系统的尿色加深,神经系统的乏力等。结论临床应高度重视他汀类药物的ADR,以确保安全用药。Objective To analyze the general rules and characteristics of the adverse reactions of statins（ADR）,to guide the clinical rational drug use. Methods Based on the information of Chinese Hospital Digital Library,VIP Medical Information Resource Systems, Articles Mirroring Medical Information System, from January 2001 to December 2013, 69 cases of statin ADR were statis- tically analyzed. Results Among the 69 cases, male patients were 41 （59.42%）, while female 28 cases （40.58%）. Simvastatin ADR were 44 cases （63.77 % ） . The main clinical manifestations were muscle pain, Cpk, digestive system elevated transaminase, drug-induced hepatitis or liver damage, coloration of urine and the nervous system fatigue. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the statin drugs ADR to ensure the drugs safety.
