2型糖尿病患者服用阿司匹林后MPV变化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨MPV在2型糖尿病患者应用阿司匹林治疗前后的变化。方法 :将67例首次确诊为2型糖尿病患者根据采用单纯阿司匹林治疗(36例)及阿司匹林加二甲双胍治疗(31例)两组,分别检测其治疗前及治疗6个月后MPV水平。结果:阿司匹林加二甲双胍及单纯阿司匹林治疗6个月后患者MPV水平明显低于治疗前(t=1.03,P=0.009;t=1.57,P=0.012),单纯采用阿司匹林治疗前、后患者血糖无明显差异(t=6.28,P=0.76)。结论:阿司匹林治疗可显著降低2型糖尿病MPV水平。Objective ：To investigate the association of Mean platelet volume （MPV） with type 2 diabetes mellitus on Aspirin .Methods ：The study was conducted on the 67 type 2 diabetes mellitus at Yan’an hospital of tra‐ditional Chinese medicine hospital August 2012 and December 2013 ,M PV were calculated in the type 2 diabetes mel‐litus before and after 6 month aspirin（100mg/d ）and plus metformin （50 mg ） and dimethylbiguanide treaed .Re‐sults ：MPV was significantly lowered after aspirin（75mg/d ）and aspirin（75mg/d ）and dimethylbiguanide treaed than that of not treated（t= 1 .03 ,P= 0 .009 ;t= 1 .57 ,P = 0 .012） .The serum glucose concentration was not significantly different with aspirin（75mg/d ）treated or not（t= 6 .28 ,P= 0 .76） .Conclusion ：The results suggest M PV is reduced after aspirin100mg/d treaed with type 2 diabetes mellitus .
