摘　　要：传统的图书馆编目工作只注重对文献外表特征的描述,而在网络信息时代,根据用户的需求深入挖掘文献内容,加工开发文献是今后图书馆编目工作的重心。地方文献因强烈的地方区域性而具有鲜明的非他性,分编人员应该从重视附注项、深度标引主题词、统一分类号、规范其他基本检索点等方面提高文献的著录质量,全方位、多维度地揭示文献特征,促进地方文献的流通利用。In the information age, optimizing literature content based on users＇ needs and processing and developing literature have become the focus of future work in library cataloging, which traditionally only involves the description of external literature features. Local literature, with strong regional and distinct characteristics, should be revealed comprehensively and multi-dimensionally, such as attaching importance to notes, indexing keywords deeply, unifying classification and other basic access points so as to improve the quality of literature cataloging as well as promoting the circulation and utilization of local literature.
