摘  要:采用紫外激光在GCr15圆盘试样表面加工出具有不同参数的部分沟槽,在HT-1000高温摩擦磨损试验机上,研究边界润滑状态下,不同载荷和速度下沟槽部分织构率和面积率对摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:在轻载下,随着部分织构率的增加,摩擦因数呈现先减小后增大的趋势,随着面积率的增加,摩擦因数呈现先增大后减小的趋势;部分沟槽表面织构在低速轻载下具有较好的减摩效果,但在高速重载下有增摩的现象。Partial groove textures with different parameters were prepared on GCrl5 disk specimen surface by UV laser. The effects of the partial texture ratio and the area ratio of groove on friction coefficient were studied in the boundary lubri- cation condition in HT-1000 high temperature friction and wear testing machine under different load and speed. The results show that, with the increase of the partial texture rate under light load, the friction coefficient of the groove texture shows a trend of first decrease then increase, with the increase of the area ratio of groove texture, the friction coefficient shows a trend of first increase then decrease. The partial groove texture surface shows good friction reducing effect at low speed and light load, but the phenomenon of friction increasing appears at high speed and heavy load for the partial groove texture surface.
