摘　　要：个人信用报告涉及信息全面、来源复杂、查询方式繁多,并且个人信用报告形成、查询、利用的整个过程中,每个环节都存在信息隐私保护的风险,因此对个人信用报告的保护不能仅局限于个人信用报告本身,而应抓住个人信用报告生命周期的全过程。Owing to the information in comprehensive manner, complex sources, and various query modes involved with personal credit report, every step for the course （ i. e. the formation, the query, and the use of the personal credit report） is linked with information privacy protection. Therefore, the protection of personal credit report should focus on the whole procedures of personal credit report in the life cycle instead of only concerning the personal credit report itself.
