多维元素片(21)与黄芪水提液联合预防运动性疲劳

摘　　要：【目的】探讨多维元素片(21)(即21金维他)与黄芪水提液对运动性疲劳的预防和快速恢复作用。【方法】(1)将120名经改良疲劳评定量表评分>21分的受试者随机分为安慰剂组和21金维他组,连续给药14 d。分别在第1天和第14天时测定3 km跑,并观察疲劳负荷前后三步助跑摸高高度,以及疲劳负荷后的血乳酸、尿素氮水平。(2)将40只大鼠随机分为4组,C1组:空白对照组,C2组:21金维他组(0.42 g/kg),C3组:黄芪组(6.0 g/kg),C4组:黄芪(6.0 g/kg)联合21金维他组(0.42 g/kg)。连续灌胃21 d后测定大鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸、尿素氮、肌酐浓度。【结果】(1)21金维他组在服药14 d后血乳酸和尿素氮水平较第1天均显著降低(P<0.05),摸高差值均明显小于第1天(P<0.05)。(2)C4组能显著延长大鼠负重游泳时间、降低血乳酸和尿素氮、肌酐浓度,C3组大鼠负重游泳时间延长,但血乳酸和尿素氮、肌酐浓度无统计学差异。【结论】黄芪水提取液联合21金维他抗疲劳效果优于单用黄芪水提取液。【Objective】To explore the preventive and rapid restorative effects of 21 Super-Vita tablets combined with aqueous extract of Astragali Radix in exercise-induced fatigue.【Methods】（1） 120 participants whose Modified Fatigue Rating Scale scores were more than 21 points were randomly divided into placebo group and 21 Super-Vita group; they were given medicine for 14 days continuously.The scores of 3 000-meter race were measured on the first day and 14 th day. The height reached by hand after three-step running was observed before and after fatigue loading. The levels of lactic acid and urea nitrogen in blood were measured after fatigue loading.（2） 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups： C1, control group; C2, 21 Super-Vita group（dose： 0.42 g/kg）; C3, Astragali Radix group（dose： 6.0 g/kg）; C4, Astragali Radix（dose： 6.0 g/kg） combined with 21 Super-Vita（dose： 0.42 g/kg） group. Rats in the four groups were treated by gavage for 21 days continuously. Then the weight-loaded swimming time as well as blood lactic-acid, urea nitrogen, and creatinine levels in blood were measured.【Results】（1） In 21 Super-Vita group, the height diference reached by hand and the levels of blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen on the 14 th day were obviously lower than those on the first day（P〈0.05）.（2） In C4 group, the weightloaded swimming time was significantly longer and the blood levels of lactic-acid, urea nitrogen and creatinine were obviously lower. In C3 group, the weight-loaded swimming time was also longer, but the concentrations of blood lactic-acid, urea nitrogen and creatinine had no significant difference.【Conclusion】The anti-fatigue effect of astragalus aqueous extract combined with 21 Super-Vita tablets was better than that of astragalus aqueous extract.
