摘　　要：突发性聋即突发性感音神经性耳聋,是一种耳科常见急症。临床上发现高原地区患病率有上升趋势,所以根据基础研究和临床的经验总结,探讨分析高原环境与突发性聋的关系,对高原的环境对突发性聋影响因素及临床治疗和预后分析做一综述。以提高对高原地区突发性聋的认识,为今后高原执勤官兵突发性聋的预防和治疗提供帮助。Sudden deafness means sudden lost of sensorineural hearing（SLSNH）, it is a kind of common otological urgenty disease. The prevalence rate in people living or working in the plateau area has a growing trend in the clinic. A correlational study between the plateau environment and sudden deafness according to basical study and clinical experience, the influence factors between the plateau environment effects on sudden deafness is reviewed and the clinical treatment and prognosis of sudden deafness is analysed at the same time. Attention should paid to the SLSNH patients on the plateau section, so as to prevent and treat sudden deafness of the officers and soldiers on duty in future.
