摘 要:采用超声波催化技术,以硬脂酸和甲醇为原料,在无催化剂的条件下制备了硬脂酸甲酯。通过正交试验和验证试验优化了超声合成硬脂酸甲酯的工艺条件,并通过红外光谱(IR)表征了样品。结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比10∶1、超声波频率60 k Hz、超声反应45 min的条件下,硬脂酸的转化率达96.5%以上。该法反应条件温和、工艺简单、反应速率大、产品收率高。The methyl stearate is synthesized from stearic acid and methanol under ultrasonic wave-assisted without catalyst. Theoptimal process conditions are obtained by orthogonal experiment and verification experiment, and the product is characterized by IR.The optimal process conditions are that the molar ratio of stcaric acid to methanol is 1 : 10;the ultrasonic frequency is 60 kHz and re-action time is 45 min. Under these conditions, the stearie acid conversion rate is above 96. 5%. The process has advantages of mild re-action conditions, simple process, high reaction rate, and high yield of target product.
