摘  要:以湘蓖一号为研究对象,通过数理统计得到了蓖麻蒴果基本形态结构的数值;采用有限元分析法建立了蓖麻蒴果有限元模型,对蓖麻蒴果顶压和中压2种方式进行过程描述和对比。结果表明:有限元仿真能很好地描述蓖麻蒴果破壳时的受力状态及破裂状态,可作为研究蓖麻蒴果剥壳的一种科学手段;在顶压或中压条件下,蓖麻蒴果破壳时的形变量均远远小于相应蒴果壳体与蓖麻籽之间的空腔距离,有足够的操作空间来实现蓖麻蒴果剥壳后蓖麻籽的完整率。Castor Xiang 1# was selected as research subject to get its values of the basic morphological structure by mathematics statistics and establish a model by finite element analysis. Two different kinds of pressure manners of castor capsule, called top pressure and medium pressure, were described and compared. The results showed that it was feasible to describe the stress state and fracture state of castor capsule by finite element during husking, which could be the scientific method to study the husking of castor capsule. Under the top pressure or medium pressure condition, shell deformation volume of castor capsule when broken was much smaller than the cavity between the castor capsule shell and its' seeds, making enough room for maneuver to achieve a high integrity rate of castor seeds.
