摘 要:根据柔索结构基本假定,分析由主缆、吊索、轨索、吊鞍等组成的移梁系统的工作机理,建立空载状态下的移梁体系力学模型,推演计算流程,编制相应程序,为实施轨索移梁前的空间找形提供依据,设计并制作了1∶33的整体模型试验模型,从空缆状态模拟到轨索张拉,测试和分析了过程中主缆力、主缆线形等指标的变化。程序计算结果、有限元计算结果和试验结果吻合较好,表明分析方法能解决轨索移梁工艺整体分析求解问题,并可简化计算分析过程,计算精度和结果能够应用于工程的初态分析,是一种适合于轨索移梁工艺空载状态下体系找形计算分析的新方法。Based on the assumption of cable structure, the working mechanism of the rail cable launching system, which consists of main cable, sling, rail cable, and saddle, is analyzed, the mechanical model of the rail cable launching system under non-loading condition is built, the analytical solution is derived and the corresponding calculation program is composed to provide a basis for space form-finding before new rail cable launching. A 1:33 experiment model is designed and made, by which the changes of force and geometric shape of the main cable, corresponding to the zero load condition and the rail cable tensioning condition respectively, are measured and analyzed. The program calculation result is in good agreement with the finite element calculation result and the experimental result. It shows that ( 1 ) the proposed method can be used for solving rail cable launching system and simplify the calculating process; (2) the calculation accuracy and result can be employed for the initial-state analysis, it is suitable for form-finding calculation and analysis for the rail cable launching technology under non-loading condition.
