摘 要:以新型让压锚杆的研发及其在煤矿系统大变形巷道中的成功应用为基础,提出了在交通隧道软岩大变形支护过程中应采用"及时支护、强支护与让压支护"三者相结合的基本原则,即保持一定支护阻力维持围岩稳定的同时,允许支护体系产生一定的位移,以达到支护、让压及卸载多重并举的功能。并据此设计了由让压锚杆、喷射砼、让压控制器及钢拱架等组成的让压支护体系。通过探讨让压锚杆的基本作用机理,对让压支护系统的各组成构件、关键技术等问题深入分析,提出了让压支护系统中构件间的组合方式,指出了今后需解决的关键技术问题:即保持让压支护系统变形协调性及稳定性,确定围岩自由变形量、围岩-支护共同变形量及恒阻让压量三者之间的关系,科学设定起始让压荷载及保持构件恒阻让压特性等。同时建议未来依托合适的工程背景开展让压支护系统的现场试验研究,进一步验证该系统的可靠性与适宜性。Based on the research and development of a new yielding bolt and the successful application in large deformation tunnel in coal mine system, we proposed a basic principle of " timely support, strong support and yieldable support" which can apply to traffic tunnel large deformation of soft rock. That is to maintain a certain supporting resistance to maintain the stability of surrounding rock and allow the supporting system to produce a certain displacement, Therefore, the supporting system possesses the function which includes support, yielding and unload. Then, supporting system which consists of yielding bolt Through discussing the basic components and the key techn system's components and the deformation coordination and according the basic principle, me designed the yielding , spayed concrete, pressure controller and steel arch, etc. mechanism of the yielding bolt and analysis of yielding supporting system's ology problem, we put forward the combination amohg the yielding supporting key technical problems to be solved in the future includes maintaining the stability of yielding supporting system, determining the relationship among amount of free surrounding rock deformation, surrounding rock anti support joint deformation and constant resistance yielding, setting initial yielding load scientifically and maintaining component constant resistance characteristic, etc. Meanwhile, we proposed that field test research of yiehling supporting system should combine with suitable project background to further verify the suitability and the reliability of the system.
