摘　　要：在油田的开发过程中涉及到大量的地质图件、开发图件、地面工程图件的信息和数据资料,管理这些图形和图像数据具有很重要的意义.分析和阐述了现有信息管理方法的不足,提出了以GIS为基础信息平台,开发出满足实际需要的静态海量数据管理系统.对基于GIS采油厂静态信息管理系统的目标、功能模块进行了初步的设计,并对组成系统的各模块进行了详细的说明.该系统的建立能改善传统资料管理方式,促进资料的合理利用,最大程度地实现资料共享,为决策工作提供可靠服务.In the process of the oil field development,there are a lot of development maps,ground engineering information and data.It is very important to manage these graphics and image data.The paper analyzes and expounds the shortcomings of existing information management methods,and proposes to develope for the static information of data management system based on GIS platform.The estab-lishment of the system can improve traditional information management methods,and promote the rational use of materials,maximizing the realization of data sharing and providing reliable service for decision.
