摘　　要：针对高等商科院校工科专业毕业生就业竞争力影响因素多,难以具体量化评价,以及其特定的专业背景等特点,构建了此类毕业生就业竞争力的AHP模型.采用定量与定性相结合的方法确定了评价指标的权重,客观评价了高等商科院校工科专业毕业生的就业竞争力,并提出了几点对策建议:提高学校综合实力,进一步加大就业工作支持力度;建设高素质的师资团队;培养专业能力强、综合素质高的应用型人才.There are lots of factors influencing the employment competitiveness of commerce college graduates major in engineering,the employment competitiveness is hard to be quantified,and commerce college graduates have their unique professional background.In al-lusion to these characteristics,the paper constructs an evaluation model of employment competitiveness for commerce college graduates by using the principle of analytic hierarchy process.The model combines the quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify the weight of the evaluation index,objectively assess the employment competitiveness of commerce college graduates major in engineering,and puts forward related countermeasures and suggestions in improving their competitiveness.
