摘  要:留设防水安全煤岩柱是预防煤层顶板突水的主要技术措施。老公营子煤矿Ⅰ03(2)工作面在防水安全煤岩柱留设尺寸满足规程要求的情况下发生松散含水层突水事故,最大突水量达760 m3/h。从覆岩岩性与结构、含水层水压、有效隔水层厚度等方面分析了顶板突水机理,认为突水是在特定水文地质条件与采矿条件下发生的,并提出根据已回采工作面最小基岩柱厚度与煤层开采厚度比值(柱厚比)来确定防水安全煤岩柱留设尺寸的方法,在柱厚比>29时煤层开采不会发生顶板突水,并在后续回采工作面中得到了验证。The waterproof coal pillar is the main technical measure to prevent roof water inrush. The water inrush accident of loose aquifer occurred in the I 03 (2) working face of Laogongyingzi Coal Mine when the waterproof pillar size met the regulation requirement, and the largest water inflow was 760 m^3/h. From the strata lithology and structure, the loose aquifer pressure and the effective thickness of water - resisting layer, the water inrush mechanism is analyzed, the conclusion is that water inrush happens under the special hydrogeological and mining conditions. Based on the ratio of the minimum bedrock pillar thickness to the coal seam mining thickness in working faces that had been mined, the new method is proposed to determine waterproof pillar size. When the ratio value is bigger than 29, the mining process is safe, which is verified in the subsequent working faces.
