摘 要:针对长平矿对3#煤层进行穿含水层瓦斯抽采时封孔困难、效率低等技术难题,通过理论分析与现场测试相结合的方式,提出定点承压封孔技术。分析上行封孔胶囊封孔器的受力情况,计算最小注水压力,实现定点承压;高吸水凝胶材料为注浆材料,吸收孔内压力水。应用结果表明:与传统封孔方法相比,定点承压封孔方法封孔成功率是其5倍,单孔平均抽采最大浓度为53.42%,提高了65.94倍,瓦斯抽采浓度衰减速度较慢。Aiming at the technical problems of sealing difficulty and low efficiency about gas drainage through the aquifer in 3^# coal seam of Changping Coal Mine, by the combination of theoretical analysis and field test, the technology of fixed - point pressure - bearing sealing is proposed. The minimum water injection pressure is calculated by analyzing the pressure condition of capsule sealing to achieve the fixed - point pressure - bearing. The high water absorption gel is taken as the grouting material to absorb the pressure water in the hole. The application results show that compared with traditional sealing methods, the fixed - point pressure - bearing sealing method is five times of the previous ones on the success rate, the maximum concentration of average drainage in single hole is 53.42%, 65.94 times increased, furthermore, the concentration of gas drainage decays more slowly.
