摘 要:吸取大跨度空间网架结构和聚丙烯纤维混凝土的优点,提出一种聚丙烯钢筋网架锚喷支护结构,研究其在高应力软岩巷道支护中的适用性。通过数值分析的方法来分析该支护结构各部位的受力状态和特点,再依托典型巷道工程,完成聚丙烯钢筋网架锚喷结构的现场工业性试验。数值分析结果和现场的监控监测证明,该支护结构受力合理、整体性强,而且与围岩相互作用效果好,具有柔性让压的特性,是一种优良的高应力软岩巷道的支护措施。A kind of polypropylene steel bracket anchor - sprayed supporting structure was proposed by drawing the advantage of large span space grid structure and polypropylene concrete, its applicability in the supporting of high stressed soft rock roadway was researched. The stress state and the characteristics of each part of the supporting structure were analyzed by using numerical analysis methods. Then, the industrial test of polypropylene steel bracket anchor - sprayed supporting structure was completed based on the typical tunnel engineering. The results of numerical analysis and field monitoring show that the supporting structure is reasonable, strong integrity, and interact with the surrounding rock effect is good, has the characteristics of flexible crush, it is a good supporting measure of high stress soft rock roadway.
