摘　　要：补偿机制是公立医院改革的切入点。我国公立医院补偿机制主要存在两种模式:从监管者角度设置并立足供方利益的公共财政绩效补偿机制,从需求方角度设置并立足患者利益的医疗保险购买补偿机制。通过从起点、目标、内容、路径、条件几个方面对两种公立医院补偿模式进行比较,提出医疗保险购买补偿机制是我国公立医院长效补偿机制的结论。Compensation mechanism is the breakthrough point of the public hospitals reform. At present, the public hospital compensation mechanism has two modes：public finance compensation mechanism based on performance appraisal from the perspec- tive of regulators and based on the interests of the supplier, medical insurance compensation mechanism based on purchasing serv- ice from the perspective of demanders and based on the interests of the patients. Comparing two kinds of public hospital compensa- tion mode from four aspects, the article put forward the final conclusion that medical insurance compensation mechanism is long- term compensation mechanism of public hospitals in our country.
