摘　　要：目的:了解辽宁省各试点医院临床路径工作实施的现状,对临床路径实施的效果进行评价。方法:采用现成资料分析法对卫生部"中国临床路径网数据上报平台"数据进行统计描述和分析。结果:开展临床路径工作的医院数和病种数不断增加,实施临床路径缩短了平均住院日和术前等待时间,减少了并发症及感染率,确保了临床治疗效果,有效控制了不合理的医疗费用。结论:实施临床路径效果显著,医疗服务效率进一步提高,应继续加强临床路径工作的进一步开展与管理。Objective To know the current situation of the pilot hospitals for their implementation ot the clinical pathways m Liaoning Province, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods The Existing data analysis was used to describe and analyze the clinical pathways＇ data collected by ＂the clinical pathway platform＂ founded by Ministry of Public Health. Results Hospitals implementing clinical pathways and disease entities has increased, Management of the clinical pathway shortened the average hospitalization time and the time in the waiting room, reduced complications and infection rates, ensured curative effect, and controlled irregular medical expenses effectively. Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathways has proven to be successful with significant effectiveness, the efficiency of health care services has been further improved, which suggests that we should strengthen the implementation and management of clinical pathways continuously.
