农村基本药物流通安全监管绩效评价体系研究--以江西为例

摘　　要：文章通过构建农村基本药物流通安全监管水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法进行实证分析,研究发现,江西省农村实行基本药物城乡一体化流通安全监管模式后,成效显著,有必要进一步推广。政府经费保障、电子监管设备及其运用、社会监管、流通组织的信用评级是影响综合评价的主要因素。针对研究结论提出相应对策建议。This paper have constructed evaluation index system of safety regulatory about essential drugs in rural, and used entropy method to analysis states from Jiangxi basing on it. We find, after the implementation of Urban and Rural Integration Process Model （URIPM） , remarkable results have been achieved in Jiangxi and proved to be further promoted. Government funding for security and the use of electronic monitoring devices, social supervision, and distribution organizations are the main factors af- fecting the credit rating comprehensive evaluation. Put forward suggestions by the corresponding conclusions.
