摘 要:随着巢湖水体污染的加重,国家对包括巢湖在内的"三河三湖"治理高度重视,对巢湖流域内的污水处理厂提出了更高的出水标准,2012年9月开始实施了合肥市朱砖井污水处理厂提标改造工程,设计出水水质要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。通过对实际进水水质和原有工艺充分的调查和分析,提出了针对进水"低碳高氮磷"特点的"CASS反应池改造和活性砂滤池深度处理方案",并增加碳源投加装置,提高污水中总氮的去除率。2014年3月完成环保验收以来,出水水质优于一级A标准。详细介绍了该工程的提标改造方案、应对低碳高氮磷进水的处理措施、主要构筑物的设计参数及工艺特点。With the aggravation of water pollution in Chaohu Lake, China has paid more attention to the governance of "three rivers and three lakes" including Chaohu Lake, and imposed higher require- ments for effluent from sewage treatment plants in the Chaohu basin. The upgrading reconstruction project of Zhuzhuanjing Sewage Treatment Plant started in September 2012, and the design effluent quality was required to meet the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). Through the investigation and the analysis of the actual influent quality and the original treatment process, the scheme of the CASS reaction tank renovation and the active sand filter in the advanced treatment was put forward to deal with the influent with low carbon and high nitrogen and phosphorus. The carbon source adding device was increased to improve the removal rate of total nitrogen in sewage. Since the acceptance completion of environmental protection in March 2014, the effluent quality has been superior to the first class A criteria. The scheme of the upgrading reconstruction project, the treatment measures to deal with the influent with low carbon and high nitrogen and phosphorus, the design parameters of main structures and the characteristics of the process were introduced.
