摘　　要：大连开发区污水处理二厂采用了高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池的深度处理工艺,对该工艺的处理流程、各构筑物的设计参数及运行情况做了介绍。运行结果表明,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。The advanced treatment process composed of efficient sedimentation tank and fiber rota- ry disc filter was used in Second Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dalian Development Zone. The treatment process, design parameters of structures and operation effect were introduced. The operation results showed that the effluent quality met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （ GB 18918 - 2002 ）.
