摘 要:采用Microtox Model 500综合毒性检测仪对广东某工业区下游雨源型河道丰水期、枯水期20个样品及流域内典型工业废水、生活污水处理前后10个样品的急性毒性效应进行了测定和分析。结果表明,有4个样品产生了明显急性毒性效应,其余26个样品无毒;河道干流及支流丰水期、枯水期20个水体样品均未表现出明显光抑制效应,枯水期10个样品光抑制率整体较丰水期10个样品高;部分工业及生活废水具高毒性效应,但经工艺处理后出水光抑制率显著低于处理前废水,表明处理工艺对具有发光菌光抑制率污染物有良好的去除效果。The acute toxicity of 20 samples from the rain-source river in the lower part of an industrial zone in Guangdong in low water period and high water period as well as 10 samples from the treated and untreated industrial wastewater and domestic sewage in the basin was tested and analyzed by using Microtox Model 500. The results showed that there were 4 samples exhibiting acute toxicities and the remaining 26 samples were non-toxic. 20 samples from the river main stream and tributaries showed no obvious photoinhibition, and the photoinhibition rate of 10 samples in low water period was overall higher than that of 10 samples in high water period. Some industrial wastewater and domestic sewage had high toxicity, but the photoinhibition rates of the treated samples were significantly lower than those before the treatment, which indicated that wastewater treatment processes could effectively remove the contaminants with photoinhibition rate of luminescent bacteria.
