摘 要:某企业化工装置区循环冷却水排污水量为100~150m^3/h。当使用大量非氧化性杀生剂对循环冷却水系统进行粘泥剥离时,由于排污量大,对下游污水处理装置的影响有时是致命的。循环冷却水系统多采用含有磷的缓蚀剂,部分药剂通过循环冷却水排污水进入污水处理系统后,有时会导致污水处理系统出水总磷值偏高。通过改变污泥回流进泥点位置、降低曝气池污泥浓度、增加二沉池表面浮萍数量、再生利用装置增加微絮凝过滤、调整碳源补充量、加强循环冷却水药剂投加和排污管理等措施,保障了污水处理装置对循环冷却水排污水的处理效果。The effluent discharge from circulating cooling water system in chemical equipment area of an enterprise is 100 to 150 m^3/h. When the slime in circulating cooling water system is removed using a large quantity of non-oxidative biocide, due to a large quantity of wastewater, the influence on the downstream wastewater treatment equipment is sometimes fatal. Circulating cooling water system often uses corrosion inhibitor containing phosphorus, and part of chemicals enters the wastewater treatment system through the effluent discharge from circulating cooling water system, which sometimes leads to high concentration of TP in the effluent from the wastewater treatment system. The treatment efficiency of the effluent discharged from circulating cooling water system by wastewater treatment equipment can be ensured by changing the feeding position of returned sludge, reducing the sludge concentration in the aeration tank, increasing the number of surface duckweed in the secondary sedimentation tank, adding the micro-floeculation filtration in recycling device, adjusting the additional carbon source and strengthening the management of chemicals and effluent discharge.
