摘　　要：目的:分析我国基本药物价格管理现状,为完善我国药品价格管理提供参考。方法:根据我国对基本药物价格管理的要求,结合我国基本国情,对基本药物定价机制及相关管理制度进行研究并提出相应对策。结果与结论:我国基本药物价格管理存在制度不合理、定价机制不完善、医患信息不对称、流通环节体制不完善等问题,虽然我国政府采取了一系列措施,但效果并不显著。要想改变现状,需进一步规范基本药物出厂价格,完善药品流通环节,加大医疗卫生体制改革力度,完善药价管理机制,并在现行的药品市场中引入更多的竞争元素。OBJECTIVE ： To analyse the current situation of essential medicine price management and provide reference for the improvement of medicine price management in China. METHODS： According to the requirements of essential drug price management, the essential medicine price management system and pricing mechanism were analyzed and researched. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the situation of China. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The essential medicine manage- ment system was unreasonable, the pricing mechanism was imperfect, the information was asymmetry between doctors and patients and circulation system was not perfect, etc. Although the government had taken a series of measures, but the effect was not significant. In order to change the present situation, the prices of essential medicine need to be further regulated to improve the drug circulation, increase the intensity of medical and health system reform, improve the mechanism of price management and introduce more competition in the current pharmaceutical market elements.
