复方克林霉素凝胶与克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液治疗痤疮的临床观察与费用比较

摘　　要：目的:比较复方克林霉素凝胶与克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液治疗痤疮的临床疗效、安全性及费用。方法:将符合标准的151例痤疮患者随机分为观察组(77例)和对照组(74例)。对照组患者给予克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液喷于患处,每日早晚各1次+异维A酸软胶囊10 mg,口服,每日2次。观察组患者给予复方克林霉素凝胶涂于患处,每日早晚各1次+异维A酸软胶囊,用法同对照组。两组患者疗程均为8周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗费用、成本效果比及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者总有效率、不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗费用、成本效果比均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方克林霉素凝胶与克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液治疗痤疮的疗效与安全性相当,但在治疗费用方面复方克林霉素凝胶优于克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液。OBJECTIVE：To compare the clinical efficacy,safety and cost of Compound clidamycin gel and Clindamycin phosphate topical solution in the treatment of acne.METHODS：Totally 151 patients with acne were randomly divided into observation group（77 cases）and control group（74 cases）.Patients in control group were given Clindamycin phosphate topical solution（external use,morning and evening for once each）combined with Isotretinoin soft capsules（10 mg orally,twice a day）.Patients in observation group were given Compound clindamycin gel（external use,morning and evening for once each）combined with Isotretinoin soft capsules as the same as control group.The course of both was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pharmacoeconomics index and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.RESULTS：There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between 2 groups（P〉0.05）.The treatment costs and the cost-effectiveness ratio in observation group were significantly lower than control group,with significant differences（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Compound clidamycin gel has similar efficacy and safety with Clindamycin phosphate topical solution in the treatment of acne.However,Compound clidamycin gel is better than Clindamycin phosphate topical solution in aspect of treatment costs.
