摘 要:目的通过调查重庆市主城区社区卫生服务(Community Health Service,CHS)人员工作满意度,分析现状及其影响因素,提出解决问题的有效方法。方法采用二级整群抽样方法进行抽样,培训专人用问答方式进行问卷调查。运用统计学方法分别从CHS人员的个人因素和外在因素进行分析。结果 CHS人员总体满意度为64.2%;不同人口学特征对工作满意度影响存在差异;激励机制和激励程度、福利制度、办公室工作环境和条件等是影响工作满意的重要因素。结论改善工作环境、提高职工福利待遇、建立合理的激励制度是提高CHS人员工作满意度的重要切入点。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the job satisfaction of community health service staff in Chongqing,analyze the status quo and its influencing factors, in order to put forward an effective method to solve the problem. Methods Second level of cluster sampling method was used to provide the sample in the study. Training professionals was investigated through answering questions. Analysis was performed respectively on the personal factors of CHS staff and external factors with statistical method. Results Analysis showed that the overall satisfaction of CHS personnel was 64.2%. Different demographic characteristics on job satisfaction had different effects. Incentive mechanism and incentive degree, the welfare system, work environment and condition were the important factors influencing the work satisfaction. Conclusion Improving the working environment, improving workers' welfare treatment, and establishing reasonable incentive system are important ways to improve CHS personnel job satisfaction.
