摘 要:目的探讨血细胞炎性因子在膀胱癌感染患者中的表达及意义,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2011年1月-2014年9月90例膀胱癌患者,按疾病分为膀胱癌感染组、膀胱癌非感染组、良性病变组,各30例;同期选择30名健康者为健康对照组,检测受试者血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果膀胱癌感染组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6分高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着膀胱癌病理分级的升高,血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平呈下降趋势,而血清TNF-α、IL-6水平呈上升趋势,且3者间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同临床分期膀胱癌合并感染之间血清IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6水平存在明显差异,3者间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-2、IFN-γ在膀胱癌合并感染中呈低表达,TNF-α、IL-6在膀胱癌合并感染中呈高表达,IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6与膀胱癌合并感染发病及进展密切相关。OBJECTIVE To explore the expression of serum inflammatory cytokines in the bladder cancer patients with complicated infections and observe the clinical significance so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment . METHODS From Jan 2011 to Sep 2014 ,a total of 90 bladder cancer patients were enrolled in the study and divided into the bladder cancer complicated with infections group ,the bladder cancer without infections group ,and the be‐nign lesion group ,with 30 cases in each;meanwhile ,30 healthy people were set as the control group .The levels of serum interleukin‐2 (IL‐2) ,interferon‐γ(IFN‐γ) ,tumor necrosis factor‐α(TNF‐α) ,and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) of the participants were determined ,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 19 .0 software . RESULTS The levels of serum TNF‐αand IL‐6 of the bladder cancer complicated with infections group were signif‐icantly higher than those of other groups (P〈0 .01) .With the increase of pathological grading of bladder cancer , the levels of serum IL‐2 and IFN‐γshowed downward trend ,while the levels of serum TNF‐αand IL‐6 showed up‐ward trend ,and there were significant differences among the three groups (P〈0 .01) .The levels of serum IL‐2 , IFN‐γ ,TNF‐α,and IL‐6 varied significantly among the patients with different clinical stages of bladder cancer complicated with infections (P〈 0 .01) .CONCLUSION The IL‐2 and IFN‐γ show low expression in the bladder cancer patients with complicated infections ,while the TNF‐αand IL‐6 show high expression in the bladder cancer patients with complicated infections .The IL‐2 ,IFN‐γ,TNF‐α,and IL‐6 are closely related to the onset and devel‐opment of the complicated infections in the bladder cancer patients .
